My attention was caught when I first met Holika Holika. At first I thought the name is a derivation of the word Holy, since the brand promises to magically transform our skin with its products (can you see the correlation? HAHA). Little did I know it was actually derived from the English suffix “-holic”, which means addiction (like alco-holic) and the Korean word “holida” which means temptation. The people behind Holika Holika sure know how to name things because it didn't stop there. To catch our attention even more, they named this lip kit "Golden Monkey".

VERY LONG INTRO

Hello everyone! Yeah I know, I don't normally greet but this time is different. I am doing a blog detox! If you're wondering what a blog detox is, let me explain a little. There's this blogger community in Malaysia called The Butterfly Project (TBP in short) which I joined in May. TBP hosts a monthly detox event for us beauty/skincare bloggers to follow where we sit down and just share about a product.

BLUE IS THE NEW BLACK

I have a thing with blue the colour. When I was tidying my wardrobe I realised more than half of my clothes are blue. I didn't know I'm such a blue person! I've always thought I'm a... Well I've actually never thought what colour person I am before until today. But BLUE! No offence, blue is a beautiful colour! I just never see myself as someone who'd own so much blue in my wardrobe. Did we just go off a tangent?

GOING BACKWARD
A beauty review, finally, it's back! This time I'm going to talk about a few products in a row because I just received the Althea Trouble Breaker box which consists of SIX full size products! MISSING THE COLD WEATHER
